This website is a slow build. I’m in no rush: Following the advice of Pierre Sansot in his book, Du bon usage de la lenteur, which means I’m taking the time my life, writing, and music need. I’m a beginner at the French language, so the book is also taking a long time to read. That seems to align with the spirit of Sansot. It’s tough. I’ve always been known for being pretty impatient. Anyway, I’ll eventually have more stories up, music, photos and fragments about hiking the Olympic Peninsula where I now live with my beautiful wife, Michele, and our two standard poodles, Kali and Leo.
